Who we're looking for:

In our expansion, we actively seek a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Enterprise Account Executive with a specific focus on the ServiceNow sector. As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you play a crucial role in building strategic relationships with customers and partner agencies, particularly within the ServiceNow space. Your primary objective is to strategically integrate gig workers, enhancing workforce capabilities and facilitating the achievement of customers’ strategic initiatives through Workerbee.

What you'll get to do:

  • Sales Process Oversight: Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from strategic prospecting to lead management, closing new deals, negotiation, and contract management, focusing on ServiceNow customers and partner agencies.
  • Evangelist for the Gig Economy: Act as an advocate for the gig economy, educating customers on the benefits and strategic advantages Workerbee offers.
  • Sales and Account Management: Drive sales initiatives by securing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for corporate accounts, partnering with customers to leverage Workerbee as the go-to platform.
  • ServiceNow-Specific Expertise: Demonstrate a profound understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Public Speaking: Showcase your industry expertise through impactful public speaking engagements, positioning both yourself and Workerbee as thought leaders in the gig economy space, specifically within the ServiceNow sector.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure rigorous adherence to legal compliance standards throughout the sales and contract processes.
  • Recruiting and Talent Experience: Utilize your extensive experience in recruiting and talent management to align skilled consultants with the unique needs of clients in the ServiceNow sector.

What you'll bring to the role:

  1. Proven track record in enterprise sales, emphasizing corporate software solutions, preferably within the ServiceNow sector. 
  2. Demonstrated public speaking and advocacy skills for the gig economy. 
  3. Knowledge of legal compliance standards in enterprise sales. 
  4. Ability to lead and oversee the complete sales process, driving impactful results.
