Who we hire:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our leadership team and drive revenue growth for Workerbee. The CRO will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive revenue strategies, including to continue building out the team of sales executives and sales leadership already in place, and hit the exciting growth targets we have for headcount. Additionally, the CRO will be responsible for building, executing and refining the sales and marketing processes required to hit our growth objectives. Last, we expect the CRO to also build strong customer and partner relationships. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader to shape the revenue landscape of a high-growth startup.

What you'll get to do:

  • Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement effective revenue generation strategies aligned with Workerbee’s overall business objectives.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and driving them to achieve revenue targets.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
  • Financial Oversight: Work closely with the finance team to manage and optimize revenue-related budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Collaborate with other C-level executives to ensure a unified and strategic approach to overall company goals.

What you'll bring to the role:

  1. Proven Leadership: Significant experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CRO or in a similar capacity.
  2. Sales and Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success in driving sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the talent marketplaces, and knowledge of SaaS HR products ecosystems (such as UKG, ADP, Workday, Service Now, Infor) is a strong asset.
  4. Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
  5. Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding customer needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  6. Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
