Who we're looking for:

We’re actively seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) specializing in ERP and CRM sales, with knowledge of corporate ERP and CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, and others. As an SDR at Workerbee, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying leads, laying the groundwork for successful business relationships.

What you'll get to do:

Lead Generation: generate and qualify leads, serving as the initial point of contact for potential customers.
Prospecting: Engage in outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach, to identify and create interest in Workerbee’s products and services within the ERP and CRM sectors.
Lead Qualification: Assess the level of interest, needs, and readiness of leads to engage with the sales team. Ensure that only qualified leads are passed on to the Account Executives.
Pipeline Building: Contribute to building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by identifying, nurturing, and progressing potential opportunities within the ERP and CRM sectors.
