Who we're looking for:

As the VP of Sales at Workerbee, you will play a pivotal role in leading and building a dynamic team combining both enterprise and mid-market experienced sales professionals. Your responsibilities will extend to developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure growth metrics, ensuring that the team achieves its strategic objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in establishing an enterprise sales team, with a focus on managing and growing alliances. In this capacity, you will implement strategies to acquire new enterprise accounts, drive increased usage among existing customers, and expand vendor partnerships with UKG, ServiceNow, ADP, Workday, and other leading providers.

What you'll get to do:

  • Build high-performing teams: Build and lead high-performing sales teams, offering guidance and mentorship. Oversee and support the team managing the vendor, agency, customer, and specialist ecosystem.
  • Drive expansion: Lead initiatives to broaden our presence in new markets. Leverage your robust network and deep industry insights to pinpoint lucrative opportunities. Take charge of driving expansion into diverse markets, with a focus on corporate software such as UKG, ServiceNow, ADP, Workday, and others.
  • Grow enterprise accounts: Strategically add new enterprise accounts to our portfolio. Collaborate with enterprise customers to enhance usage, securing additional deals and strengthening our relationships.
  • Establish vendor partnerships: Lead efforts to establish and nurture vendor partnerships, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Cultivate and manage strategic alliances. Actively pursue collaborative prospects with vendor organizations.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work in close partnership with the CEO to provide regular reports on business development and growth strategies, emphasizing accomplishments, and jointly addressing challenges.

What you'll bring to the role:

  1. Proven experience in a Sales Executive role, showcasing a successful track record in expansion and growth strategy implementation.
  2. Leadership experience, particularly in mentoring high-performing teams.
  3. A robust network, characterized by meaningful relationships and successful partnerships.
  4. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
