As the VP of Sales at Workerbee, you will play a pivotal role in leading and building a dynamic team combining both enterprise and mid-market experienced sales professionals. Your responsibilities will extend to developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure growth metrics, ensuring that the team achieves its strategic objectives.
Your leadership will be instrumental in establishing an enterprise sales team, with a focus on managing and growing alliances.
